Heidi and Michaels Sneak Peak

How often do you see two jets paths intersect each other...especially
during an engagement session?

Mike swinging Heidi around!

Check out those muscles!

Here's the serious picture before we took all the funny ones!

Did you know that walking on the railroad track is hard enough..
let alone, trying to do it while holding someones hand!

One of those "Sweet Moments" with lots of natural sun light!

I let the bride to be smile and look pretty while the groom to be does something funny in the picture...this is one of the many "strike a poses!"

Ahhhh...I love working with silhouettes!

A piggy back ride in action!

What a nice engagement picture!

Another swing dance in action! Love it!

Capturing the sweet moments that often happen during the engagement session!

This is a couple that I will be taking wedding pictures for in May. I had only talked to Heidi over the phone so it was really nice to have a face to match her name. They were a lot of fun to photograph. Michael wished they could have all been candid! They did a great job at creating special moments to photograph including kisses, laughs, and even being swung around in a circle. These are a few of the many wonderful engagement pictures they have to choose from.

Senior Session

This is done with a filter in Photoshop called watercolor. Cool!

This picture has a muted color compared to my usual vivid colors. I thought it went with with the background and her shirt.

She wanted me to play with the colors so here I did a few splashes of color!

I used a soft effect for this picture. It looks almost angelical!

The sunlight made this picture glow!

This girl was a lot of fun to photograph. ( I try not to use names for security reasons. I bet some of you have always wondered what I don't use them very often!) She said that she liked art. That is right up my alley. I knew that I would be able to do some neat shots with angles as well as amazing techniques in Photoshop to enhance her pictures.

Mr. Christopher and Jessica Bailey "TO BE"

Chris loves Coke so how awesome is this for a background?

Here is one of the many pictures that cracked me up!

We had church kisses and non church kisses..funny!

Ha! Ha! Ha! I love it!

This is a couple that I will be doing wedding pictures for next summer. They wanted to get fall pictures taken so now was the right time. Christopher cracked me up the whole time. He is quit the comedian. Jessica was sweet and went along with him being a goof ball. The result, some funny pictures of them laughing! After all, if they like to laugh and have fun, shouldn't that be included in their engagement pictures?

Ellingsons

Here's one of this little man's many facial expressions!

Doesn't it look like she's having a fun time?

Wait, another wonderful facial expression! I love it!
Who's the cutie at the end of the tunnel?

Uh-oh? Who fell to the ground?
(I love the expression on her face!)

Getting all three to walk together was quit easy...mommy and daddy were very helpful!

Now's that what I call a real smile!

So pretty!

Look at those sparkling blue eyes!

I had the opportunity to photograph a 1 year old, 3 year old and 5 year old all at the same time. We started with the group picture because that one is always the hardest. They sat really well for me and the result was few great group pictures!
We also took pictures of each child individually. They were each so darn cute! They have wonderful personalities! The little boy made such funny faces that it cracked me up! They all had amazing eyes which you can see in the pictures.

Family of Three

Look at this super star!

He tried so hard NOT to smile!

A little monkey in the tree!

There's a real smile.

He even started posing the family because he was having so much fun!

What a great family shot!

He's covering his dimple with his hand so I couldn't see it.

This was a fun photo shot. I actually knew the little boy from art class last year for I was his art teacher. (small world!) At first he was really shy but I got him to crack some really big smiles. He has a dimple, and he doesn't like to show it ;(
We took a variety of family pictures as well as pictures of just him. We took pictures at two different locations. An hour was a great amount of time because it gave the boy time to warm up to me. By the time we got to the second location, he was posing away for me!
