Mr and Mrs. Greenwood

A wedding up north....how beautiful it was.  The day started out with more clouds and rain. (I'm hoping that isn't going to be the theme for the wedding season!)  As you will notice in the pictures, the clouds looked like they could rain at any time.  Luckily, it didn't rain until we took the last picture.  The clouds actually made the pictures even more interesting.
This bride and groom had some really neat details that I had never seen before.  First, they had usherettes, instead of ushers. (They are the girls in the silver dresses.)  At the reception, they had a cheese bar outside of the seating area.  Once you entered the seating area, there was even more to look at.  Crazy vegetable and fruit arrangements, a beautiful cake, and lots of yellow colored candy!

Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Greenwood!

Heidi and Michaels Sneak Peak

How often do you see two jets paths intersect each other...especially
during an engagement session?

Mike swinging Heidi around!

Check out those muscles!

Here's the serious picture before we took all the funny ones!

Did you know that walking on the railroad track is hard enough..
let alone, trying to do it while holding someones hand!

One of those "Sweet Moments" with lots of natural sun light!

I let the bride to be smile and look pretty while the groom to be does something funny in the picture...this is one of the many "strike a poses!"

Ahhhh...I love working with silhouettes!

A piggy back ride in action!

What a nice engagement picture!

Another swing dance in action! Love it!

Capturing the sweet moments that often happen during the engagement session!

This is a couple that I will be taking wedding pictures for in May. I had only talked to Heidi over the phone so it was really nice to have a face to match her name. They were a lot of fun to photograph. Michael wished they could have all been candid! They did a great job at creating special moments to photograph including kisses, laughs, and even being swung around in a circle. These are a few of the many wonderful engagement pictures they have to choose from.
