Small Business Development Center: North Dakota
These are some proofs for the Small Business Development Center. They are looking for pictures that aren't posed against a tan wall! They wanted something a bit more relaxed done in black and white to match the new website that will be put together soon! These are just a few of the examples for SBDC people to view. If you would like to see the picture larger, just click on it and a larger image will appear.
Jennifer's Family Session
This was my last fall session. It actually was quit warm out! (Amazing that today, October 31st,and I could still be outside taking pictures!) This little boy was lots of fun to photograph. He likes to take goofy pictures so we would take a nice picture and then a goofy picture. We also got family shots of him with mom and dad. We took pictures in two different locations which allowed for a variety of backgrounds. I think they turned out pretty awesome!

Jacob and Jacki Hangen to be!
This couple is going to be getting married in Bismark ND. They already had engagement pictures done, but wanted more. They wanted pictures that were less traditional. When I take pictures, I don't over pose people. I let their body language speak in the pictures.
It was a cold cold day. 11am, and it still was only 34 degrees. I guess, considering it is the end of October, it could have been colder. Each time we changed background, they warmed their fingers up in their coats. Some of the snuggles pictures were to keep warm!
Their pictures turned out great. They had great chemistry together and it showed in their pictures. Jacob and Jacki, I hope you get more untraditional pictures from this photo session then you imagined you would get! Good luck with your wedding in June!

Sarah and Eric's Friesner Sneak Peak Wedding Pictures
The brides duty in this picture is to stand and look pretty while the bridesmaids
get to do whatever they want!
get to do whatever they want!
It was a cold and windy day, but we pulled it off. We used the inside of Sarah's house as a warm up spot. Sarah wanted a lot of candid pictures. It worked out great because she had a wonderful wedding crew that just wanted to have fun. The guys did a great job doing some crazy things.
Congrats to Sarah and Eric!

Meredith 1 Year Old (On Sunday!)
This little pumpkin just started walking! And boy oh boy, can she walk. It was fun getting to take pictures of her and watch her walk. She had on some shoes that she didn't like so it did keep her in spot for a few minutes. As you can imagine with a little one, you shoot quick and get what you can. She held out for 25 minutes! Wow! She did a great job and has some really cute pictures. Her beautiful eyes glow in every picture!
